H R Medics Ltd is a UK company based in Newmarket Suffolk, which has been established for over 20 years specialising in innovative natural equine therapy products, boasting a range that is by far the most extensive in the field.

Our range of products is aimed at the veterinary market, equine practitioners and equine professionals.

We also specialise in equipment that is easily transported into the stable yard, making the treatment, diagnosis and testing of horses easier for the veterinary surgeon, practitioner and professional owner.

The company's catalogue of products includes a range of innovative equipment;

  • Shock Wave Therapy - H R Medics are the sole UK distributor for Stortz Medical of Switzerland, with Focused and Combined Radial & Focused machines both of which are completely portable
  • Laser Therapy - the company is the sole distributor in the UK for RJ Lasers Physio Olympic Laser and the VetPro Equine Laser for the professional practitioners, as well as range of smaller lasers.
  • Magnetic Therapy - the company is the sole UK agent for The Magsan Vet Rug, the Rolls Royce of pulsed magnetic field therapy, which is well proven and in use with the Great Britain equestrian teams. We also have also have a range of static magnetic field products.
  • Cold Care – H R Medics has a large cold care range including Whirl Pool Boots, Cold + Pressure Boots, Ice Boots and a new range, Cold- Ones from the USA all of which we solely distribute in the UK.
  • Mobile Laboratory – The Vario Plus Mobile Laboratory is now available in the UK from HR Medics. A portable laboratory giving the veterinary surgeon immediate blood and serum test results and diagnostic ability on-site.

New to our range for 2007 are the Air-One, an ultrasound inhaler and the Laser-Thermoscan, a precise thermometer for the location of heat in the horse, pin pointing the injury site.

We are a unique company offers these products plus many more, making us a one- stop shop for all your equine therapy needs.

We are always trying to find and research new products to bring to the market place for both the veterinary surgeon and horse professional, to aid in the treatment and recovery of the horse from injury or to maintain health and fitness.

H R Medics attend equine exhibitions to bring their range to the market place in the UK and abroad, -Badminton Horse Trials, BEVA Congress, The World Equestrian Games, The Dubai International Arab Show. The company also hold training events such as the Laser Day, held in 2006 at the British Racing School in Newmarket with leading vets and practitioners in the field speaking and demonstrating the equipment.

H R Medics offers a hire service on much of the equipment and we have wealth of knowledge after years working in this field. We are also able to offer support, training and information on all our products.
